  • Respect and Courtesy: All passengers and staff are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Compliance with Laws: All passengers must comply with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • Advanced Booking: Reservations must be made in advance through our website, app, or customer service line. Same-day bookings may be subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Timeliness: Passengers are expected to be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.
  • Luggage and Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items. Pines Transportation is not liable for lost or damaged items.
  • Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on all our vehicles.

4. Safety Regulations

  • Seatbelt Use: All passengers must wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion. Children must be in appropriate car seats as required by law.
  • Driver Authority: The driver has the authority to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or fails to comply with these rules and regulations.
  • Vehicle Capacity: Overloading the vehicle beyond its legal capacity is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Insurance Coverage: Pines Transportation is fully insured to provide transportation services. Passengers are covered under our insurance policy during transit.
  • Liability Limitations: Pines Transportation is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Service Animals and Accessibility

  • Service Animals: Service animals are welcome on all our vehicles. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
  • Accessibility: Our vehicles are equipped to accommodate passengers with disabilities. Please inform us of any specific needs when making your reservation.

7. Amendments to Rules

  • Policy Changes: Pines Transportation reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time. Any changes will be communicated to passengers via our website and email notifications.
